We are located in a town called Aubrey, in the north section of Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex in Texas.  Our address is 10213 Liberty Rd. Aubrey, TX.

Yes, we do.  We are a 55 plus community.  Our residents value the quiet country setting just minutes from all the services one could ask for. 

The lot rent for the upcoming phases 2 & 3 under construction is $950 a month.  This includes: water, sewer, trash, and basic internet (not streaming), and a full landscaping package including flower beds, grass, sprinklers and maintained by Liberty Tiny Village staff.  You also have access to all the amenities of the park.

The only utility not included is electricity and propane if you decide to add propane gas appliances.  

If you are wanting streaming services you will want to purchase a hot spot.

Every one of our luxury tiny homes is built to the max 399 sq ft which is the largest allowed while skill keeping its RV classification (a huge perk for easier financing and placement!!) Each home is smartly designed with a full-size bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kithchen all on the ground level-- no climbing ladders just to get into bed! Plus, you get a bonus loft space perfect for storage or an extra sleeping spot for guests.  Its the perfect blend of style, function, and freedom packing living! Enclosing porches and extending height on lofts isn't an option and keep the RV status. 

We do allow two pets per lot.  You can check out the process page under pet screening to see the pet restrictions in detail.

We will not be allowing pet fencing at each lot.  We will have a dog park on-site that will be a good size.  

If this is a deal breaker, you are welcome to reach out to our dealership.  They have contact information on several other communities that would allow that for your dog.  

In Phase 3 you will have the option to have the team install an upgraded carport.  We are still trying to secure pricing on that, so I don't have a price to share as this time.

In Phase 3 and you don't have a pond lot you will have the option to upgrade and get a shed for an additional cost.  

Yes, our community center next to the pond will double as a storm shelter.  It has been engineered to raise the wind rating.  It will have storm shutters to cover the windows as well.
