There are many benefits of going tiny. Maintain less, live more is the biggest advantage. The freedom to foster your relationships and not be bound by debt.

Affordability

Most of our customers are selling large homes and downsizing, allowing them to pay cash. We also have financing available with up to 25 year terms

Less To Manage

Included in your lot rent is full-service landscaping, sewer, trash, and internet available, as well as 3100 gallons of monthly water usage. We will maintain all outdoor areas down to pulling weeds in the flower beds

No Property Tax

These tiny homes are legally considered an RV and therefore are governed by sales tax that is collected at the time of purchase in the state of Texas. You can always confirm this by checking with the county these will be placed in.

Less Worry

Our community has on-site resident managers which makes it very convenient for you to lock and leave at a moments notice without worrying about waters the plants.

Quick Build Time

A typical custom home takes anywhere from 6-9 months to build. Ours can usually be built within 60-90 days
