Less To Manage
Your lot rent includes a range of convenient services: full-service landscaping, sewer, trash, internet access, and up to 3,100 gallons of water usage per month. We take care of all outdoor maintenance, including tasks as detailed as pulling weeds from the flower beds, so you can enjoy a beautifully maintained community without the hassle.
No Property Tax
These tiny homes are legally classified as RVs and are subject to sales tax, which is collected at the time of purchase in Texas. For additional confirmation, you can verify this with the county where the home will be located.
Less Worry
Our community features a community manager and maintenance team, providing you with the peace of mind to lock up and leave at a moment’s notice. Enjoy your vacation without the worry of home maintenance—convenience and care are always at hand.
Quick Build Time
While a typical custom home can take 6 to 9 months to build, our homes are typically completed within just 60 to 90 days.
