Affordability
Many of our customers chose to downsize from larger custom-built home, often enabling them to pay in cash for the home. This makes the monthly expenses very affordable. We also offer financing options with terms of up to 25 years.
Less To Manage
Your lot rent includes: full-service landscaping, sewer, trash, basic internet access, and water. We take care of all outdoor maintenance, including pulling weeds, so you can enjoy a beautifully maintained community without the hassle.
No Property Tax
These tiny homes are legally classified as RVs and are subject to sales tax, which is collected at the time of purchase in Texas. For additional confirmation, you can verify this with the county where the home will be located.
